Anyone still use this thing? If so, please share your thoughts! THANKS IN ADVANCE!

There are currently four main branches/sectors of NGVI. I thought it would be a fun idea to color code the branches.
The first row, I've kept the unity of color throughout the name/initials, while keeping the gradient in the symbol.
The second row, I kept the color of the symbol solid and put more emphasis on the last letter/initial. I've also played with the different shades of gray to black to see which would make the best combination. I'm still playing around with it a bit.
Whaddaya think? Should I keep the colors consistent or is it better with the last letter being emphasized?

This is it! I'm about to present the final logo idea to the client. I've made a few tweaks here and there but I feel it could use a little more. Please take a look and share your thoughts!
ALSO, please don't pay too much attention to the color. The client wants blue but I'm not married to the one I have here.

Again, it's been forever since I've posted anything under this username but here we go! I was recently told to redesign our internal business cards here at Boom! Ink. I could really use some input. I like what I have so far but it somehow feels unfinished. Any suggestions? Comments? Thanks in advance!

Heya guys... I know, I know. It's been a VERY long time since I've posted anything from this journal. I apologize. My life's been kinda messy lately. Well, here's an update. I just finished redoing my website, FINALLY. WOOHOO!!
Can you do me a favor and check it out? I wanna make sure it looks okay on all different servers. I also want to know that all the links are in working order. A critique on the website layout itself, as well as the design pieces would be WONDERFUL and greatly appreciated.

I know I've been gone awhile. I apologize. I've been spending more time doing the paying job and not so much with the volunteer job. ANYWHO, this is a project I am working on for Christmas. This is the "Kat" half and I will be working on the "Chris" half later. I like the layout and the colors but I am definitely struggling a little bit with the type. Any suggestions..?

Okay. Again, this is a work in progress. I can't put my finger on the problem but I am not content with this yet. Can you guys help me out? What do I need to add? Subtract? Fix? Oh and the gray border is not a part of the design, it's just there to pop out the white.

I want to start off by thanking all of you who took the time to critique my designs. I sincerely appreciate everyone's comments.
So here's the revised version. -I dulled out the yellows. -I added in creatures to the moon to dull out the moon some more and to add in visuals. -I got rid of the red altogether and unified the composition with orange instead. -I made the title larger. -I played around with the type. I changed the leading, size, etc.
I'm much happier with it now than I was with my previous post. I know some of you have commented on the buildings not fitting in with the context but is it THAT bothersome?? I've grown slightly attached to the abstract buildings... =P
Whaddaya think so far?
